Payment Terms & Conditions for NET30 Method
Section 1: Eligibility for NET30 Payment Facility
1.1 Definition:
In these terms, STX Cables refers to the supplier, and the Customer refers to the entity or individual requesting the NET30 payment method.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria:
STX Cables extends the NET30 payment option to customers who meet the following requirements:
1.3 Customer History:
- Must have been a customer for the previous 6 months.
- Must have placed a minimum of 8 orders in that period.
- Must have purchased products worth at least $16,000 from STX Cables.
1.4 Documentation:
The customer must provide verified documentation as required by STX Cables.
1.5 Application Processing:
- NET30 applications take 10 to 15 business days to process.
- Once approved, a monthly credit limit will be set.
- This credit cannot be transferred or accumulated and expires at the end of each month.
- The credit limit is renewed at the start of each month.
Section 2: Bill Payment & Markup Policy
2.1 Payment Terms:
The full balance of the invoice must be paid within 30 days from the invoice date.
2.2 Grace Period:
- A 3-day grace period is provided beyond the 30-day term.
- If payment is not received within the grace period, a 1% late fee per day will be applied to the total balance.
2.3 Collection Measures:
If payment is not made, STX Cables may take the following actions:
2.4 Issuance of a Letter Before Action (LBA):
- A formal LBA will be sent before involving a debt collection agency.
- If no meaningful contact is made after the LBA, STX Cables reserves the right to proceed with debt collection.
2.5 Credit Limit Adjustments:
- Customers may request an increase in their credit limit.
- Increases are subject to business history and payment consistency.
Section 3: General Provisions
3.1 Jurisdiction
- STX Cables reserves the right to modify these payment terms & conditions at its discretion.
- Any disputes will be governed by Texas state laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Texas courts.

By using the NET30 payment method, the customer agrees to abide by these terms.
