Return Policy
At STX Cables, we are committed to providing high-quality products at competitive prices to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you need to return or exchange your order, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of billing. Returns after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns except for defective items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
- A 3% bank processing fee applies to all refunds.
- Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return under any condition. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all labels and serial numbers intact.
- Custom-made products cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturing defect.
- Items purchased on sale or stock clearance are non-refundable.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, email sales@stxcables.com before shipping your item. Please include proof of purchase and ship your return to the following address:

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
- (Shipping charges may vary depending on the location from which you are returning the item.)
- Once received, our team will inspect the item. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. If the item is found damaged or used, the cost of damage will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges:
- If you return a discontinued item, we will offer you a comparable product or refund the item at its current market value. No restocking fee will apply, but the 3% bank processing fee will still be charged.
- If the exchanged item costs less, the difference will be refunded. If it costs more, the difference will be charged.
- Items used or damaged in the customer's possession will not be eligible for exchange.
- Customers must pay exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us for an RMA. We will arrange the return and replacement at no cost to you.
- For a faster exchange, place a new order and request a refund for the returned product. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
- Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days, and you will receive an email once the refund is issued.
- To modify a recently placed order, call us before 3 PM on the same day. If not corrected in time, the standard exchange process must be followed.
