How do I know when my order was shipped?

Orders generally ship within same business day when order places providing stock is available*. You will receive an order with PDF invoice confirmation, via email, shortly after your order has been placed. We invite you to log into your account online anytime to view the status of all of your orders.

Orders that have incomplete or invalid shipping address may be delayed. We will attempt to contact customer for an update on the shipping address. Orders that require manual billing or shipping address verification will be delayed until proper billing confirmation document is provided.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX. Delivery times typically range between 2 - 5 business days (Ground Services). We do have an expedited shipping service (UPS Ground - Priority Processing) available for an additional fee. Please be aware delivery times are estimated based on the point and time of pickup from one of our warehouses.

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping within the continental United States for plenum cables. Orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days. Items shipped directly from the vendor.

Order Processing Times

Our business hours are 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Central Standard Time). Monday through Friday but our cut off is at 12:00 PM CST. Any orders placed during non-business hours will be processed on the next business day. Shortly after placing your order, you should receive an e-mail confirming it. If, for some reason, you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder to see if you can locate it. This is important, because if you have not received the confirmation e-mail, you won’t receive the email with shipment information.

Lost or Damaged Shipping

If a shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, a claim with be submitted to the shipping company. Refunds, replacements, or credit will be applied at the conclusion of the claim and not before. We works with reputable 3rd party shipping companies that have a record of proven performance and good customer service. By default we DO NOT create shipments that require a signature upon delivery or insurance to keep customer costs lowered. However, customers can request to be quoted for signed delivery and/or Insurance at the time of order placement. Mighycables is ultimately not liable for any damages or errors made by any 3rd party shipping company. As such, we will ultimately rely upon a shipping company’s investigation to determine fault and any replacement or refund values regarding any missing or damaged equipment.

Signature Requirement
All items are shipped signature required if possible; please plan accordingly. We will be happy to remove the signature requirement on request; please contact us via email or call 972-521-9790 and be sure to include your order number. Please note that, in this case, you will be accepting responsibility if anything were to happen to the package.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. A product that is determined to be damaged or defective must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date. Damage to the product, that is determined to be the result of misuse, abuse, accident or modification not authorized by stxcables.com or the manufacturer are exceptions to the above terms.

stxcables.com has made every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of all product information and prices on this website and will not be held responsible for typographical errors including, but not limited to product prices and specifications. To the best of our knowledge, all products advertised were available and current when added to this site, however, all these products are subject to the manufacturer's availability. Please be advised that manufacturers do change prices and discontinue products as they deem fit and we are not always made aware of these changes in time to update our website to reflect this condition.
